We understand that some of our customers might not be familiar with the technical terms and concepts, this is where your role comes in. As a Pre-Sales Engineer,your main task at Hadrian will be providing technically-accurate information to our customers while promoting our product. Additionally, aPre-Sales Engineerwill have to mediate the communication between our customers and our product team.

This implies that you will continuously improve your understanding of our product and communicate with the development team to learn about new features. Together with the founders and the sales team, you will also attend conferences and events to engage with prospective customers.
What you will do as a Pre-Sales Engineer at Hadrian:
Answer any technical questions from customers
Mediate customers’ concerns to the product team
Identify and address customers' pain points with tailored solutions
Support sales executives in solution selling to prospective clients
Deliver powerful presentations and demos showcasing our product's unique value proposition
Collaborate with developers and hackers to create solutions that meet customer needs

You are fit for this job because you:
Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the IT or Cybersecurity industry
Have a Cybersecurity background
Are able to clearly translate technical concepts to non-technical people
Have excellent relationship-building and customer management skills
Are able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes
Are driven and passionate about sales
Possess strong presentation skills
Bonus points if you have:
Programming background or knowledge
Experience writing detailed documentation
