Your Role:

As a Solutions Architect at Hadrian, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as a key technical contact. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting customer calls, fine-tuning customer portals, and serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your success in the Solutions Architect role at Hadrian will be measured by your impact on churn reduction, increased customer satisfaction, and successful upsells.

What you will do as a Solutions Architect at Hadrian:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Become an expert in Hadrian and its unique technology, enabling our US sales team to accurately identify technical buyer needs and craft effective POVs.
  • Product Demo’s:
    • Together with sales, conduct engaging demo calls to different stakeholders from senior management to security analysts.
  • Customer Success:
    • Take ownership of operational projects as they arise, such as product implementation and integrations, customer support, and process improvements.
  • Product roadmap:
    • Work closely with the product team translating customers pain points and use cases into roadmap feedback and prioritisation.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Are fluent in English.
  • Bring at least 4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales/solution architect roles, selling SaaS solutions in the cybersecurity space.
  • Possess a strong understanding of offensive cyber security, particularly in relation to web technologies, and the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Bring a unique ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical experts, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Are committed to achieving key success metrics, including churn reduction, increased customer satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
  • Have a proven track record in connecting technology with customer needs.
  • Have experience with APIs and CLI tools, making you adept at handling technical aspects.
  • Have some programming/scripting experience (ideally in Python, Golang experience is nice to have), enabling you to automate custom workflows for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Have previous experience in a startup/scaleup environment.
