Your role:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Hadrian, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. Initially, your focus will be on learning our processes and workflow and over time, you will contribute your unique ideas and insights to enhance the Talent Acquisition function. Under the guidance of our team, you will gain gain practical skills in sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication. This role is perfect for those eager to develop recruitment expertise in the cybersecurity sector while helping Hadrian grow with high-caliber talent.

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Hadrian:

  • Job Posting Management: Ensure job descriptions are compelling, accurate, and up-to-date. Post and promote vacancies across various channels, including our company website, job boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Manage scheduling and support the logistics of candidate interviews across multiple teams.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process and employer branding.
  • Creative Sourcing and Branding Projects: Suggest and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and propose enhancements to TA processes. With team support, lead small projects to implement these improvements and take full ownership of one project, from ideation to completion, showcasing your initiative and creativity.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Have an eager interest in recruitment and a desire to pursue a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Are adaptable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Are proactive, curious, and comfortable suggesting improvements or taking on new challenges.
  • Have a team player attitude, with the ability to collaborate within a team while taking initiative in individual tasks.
  • Align with Hadrian’s values and culture.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have prior experience (internship, part-time job, or volunteer role) in HR, recruitment, or customer service.
  • Are familiar with LinkedIn and job boards as sourcing tools.
  • Have experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
