Your Role:

As our GTM Operations Manager, you will be a pivotal part of Hadrian’s team, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our marketing and sales infrastructure. You will identify areas for improvement within our sales and marketing processes and support these teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Your insights and optimizations will be critical to our growth and success.

 

What you will do as a GTM Operations Manager at Hadrian:

Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the revenue funnel
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes and best practices for sales, marketing, and customer success operations

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for improving revenue performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Technology Management:

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms)
  • Ensure that tools and systems are effectively integrated and used to their full potential

Enablement:

  • Provide training and resources to educate commercial teams on processes and systems
  • Develop salesperson onboarding materials to ensure effectiveness and minimize ramp time

 

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Bring over 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a similar operational role (eg. RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, etc.).
  • Possess in-depth, hands-on knowledge of HubSpot and you are up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of HubSpot.
  • Are experienced in the implementation of new marketing and sales tools and their integration into a cohesive stack.
  • Are skilled in ensuring data hygiene and process mapping and have experience providing reliable and accurate data analysis and visualization.
  • Have project management experience in tech and process implementation.
  • Are proficient in automation skills.
  • Are familiar with implementing MEDDPICC methodology into sales processes.
  • Have a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Sales and Marketing.

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with 3rd party intent tools (such as TechTarget).
  • Knowledge of sales content management software (such as Highspot).
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools (such as Outreach).
  • Experience with social media tools (such as Sprout Social).
  • Have previous startup experience.
  • Have previously successfully set up RevOps functions from scratch.
  • Have completed complex projects such as CRM migrations.
  • Have product management experience.
