Your Role:
Hadrian is on a mission to become the best attack surface management platform and a big part of that is utilizing machine learning to automate large chunks of what our hackers do. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will help develop Hadrian’s machine learning vision. This will include model development and serving, automated retraining and deployment, performance tuning and monitoring. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, somewhat chaotic environment. In Hadrian’s start-up culture, there is ample opportunity to take ownership of the full ML lifecycle for projects, including parts not explicitly mentioned.
What you will do as a Machine Learning Engineer at Hadrian:
- ML Model Packaging and Deployment: Package, deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models
- Automate Retraining Pipelines: Develop and optimize automatic (re-)training pipelines
- Developing and Training Models: Develop and train new models
- Model Deployment Enhancement: Improve the model deployment process
- Experiment Tracking Ownership: Take ownership of experiment tracking
- Performance Monitoring Dashboards: Build dashboards to monitor and analyze model performance
- Data Collection Pipeline Development: Build and manage data collection pipelines
- Internal Python Package Maintenance: Maintain and iterate on Hadrian’s internal Python package
- BigQuery and Analytics Tasks Ownership: Opportunity to take ownership of tasks related to BigQuery and analytics dashboards.
You are fit for this job because you:
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering.
- Are knowledgeable about machine learning models such as XGBoost, convolutional neural networks, transformers, and others.
- Are proficient in Python.
- Have a strong understanding of key ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost).
- Are experienced in serving and monitoring machine learning models.
- Are a self-starter who enjoys automating processes and setting up new systems.
- Take a proactive approach to ownership in a team setting.
- Are willing to work in-person at the Amsterdam office at least two days per week.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with GoLang and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, particularly penetration testing.
- Experience with web scraping.
