Your Role:

As a Product Manager at Hadrian, your main goal is to get useful and delightful products in the hands of our customers. You will create and define product opportunities, analyze metrics, conduct user research, and design solutions. Moreover, you contribute to the growth of Hadrian (through our product) by ensuring that our current users are happy and engaged.

In addition, collaboration with multiple teams on a daily basis is essential for your role in order to refine and scope work, manage timelines, and ensure that the final product meets both customer and business needs. This requires you to be decisive, good communicator, and ready to take initiative.

What you will do as a Product Manager at Hadrian:

• Product discovery. Make sure we build what is valuable to our customers by working closely with the product, engineering, sales, marketing, and hacker teams to define product opportunities through user research, metrics, and competitor analysis.
• Product delivery. Work closely with our engineers and designers to refine, scope, and ship work.
• Learning and feedback loops. Assess whether our features bring the value we envisioned. Learn and iterate, constantly.
• Contribution to product team and strategy. Help to shape the direction of Hadrian's products and ensure alignment with company goals. Lift the product team to a higher level.

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS company (preferably with a product aimed at developers or a technical audience)
• Are tech-savvy and feel comfortable working alongside developers and hackers
• Have experience in qualitative and quantitative user research
• Have experience in working with cross-functional teams and messy inputs.
• Introduce structure and decisiveness in your work
• Have the ability to bring quick results in an environment that can sometimes be overflowing with opportunities and possible solutions
• Have experience or great interest in cybersecurity
